How can I order medicines? ?You can contact our managers on given mail id info@alleviareindia.com or can fill up enquiry form at AlleviareIndia.com and response to which will come within 1working day. Kindly note you need to mention name of drug, drug strength and quantity required as well. You  will  also  be required to attach copy of prescription as well as patients identity card. Post this the our supplier will raise a Pro-forma invoice in your name containing details of drug,price logistic cost and other charges. Pro-forma invoice will have all relevant details of supplier.

What information do you need from me to process my order as fast as possible? ?We will require the following documents to process your order immediately
  • Prescription – Scan copy of Doctor's prescription need to be attached with yourorder confirmation mail……The language of prescription ideally needs to be English(as its universally understood and mostly used in Medical world).
  • Patient's Identity card – We will require scan copy of Patient's identity card to process order. Identity card can be copy of Passport, Driving License, Aadhar Card or any valid photo identity card/document.
  • Purchase Order Form – We will send Purchase Order Form through mail once you decide to purchase medicine through us. This need to be filled signed and send us along with other documents as mentioned above.

Why do you require prescription? ?Our service and supplies from our supplier is for prescription drugs only and hence authentic prescription from practising Registered Medical Specialist or Registered Medical Practitioner is absolute must.

What if I don't have the prescription at the time of ordering? ?There will be no processing of your order in absence of authentic and valid prescription.

What is the guarantee of the quality of the product? ?Medicines are sourced by our suppliers from approved distributors of companies and hence there can be no doubt on genuinety of products. In some of Asian countries the medicines will come alongwith PI (Prescribing information) in sealed pack. COA (Certificate of Analysis) can be given as well…..however it depends solely upon discretion of manufacturer of medicine.

Shipping Charges? ?These charges vary as it depends upon type of product (most of these are cold chain products and require temperature range 2-8C). Charges include Logistics, Documentation and NOC from authorities.

Process for order confirmation? ?Upon receiving your Purchase Order Form along with all documents (copy of Prescription & Patient’s ID Card) our supplier will raise Pro-Forma Invoice containing details of medicine, price, logistic cost and all other charges applicable. Pro-Forma Invoice will also have supplier’s license number, contact and Bank details to proceed further. You will be required to make online payment using bank details mentioned in Pro-forma Invoice. Medicine will be couriered once money is received in Supplier’s account. Mail service tracking will be provided. We will keep you updated on every step of transaction.
Time Lines

Time frame taken to deliver the medicine? ?It usually around 3 weeks after medicines are dispatched to reach outside India locaions. Additional delays may occur due to heavy load on postal services and customs.

Delay in receiving or not receiving the order? ?We will assist with best of our resources and documentation so that medicine are received by you at your address within stipulated time in safe and secure condition. However, we are not responsible for any delay or loss or damage of medicines ordered in your order in transit or for the non-receipt of the medicine at the destination country/port. The sole responsibility of receiving the medicine is of the Patient (his relatives). We will give you the tracking details of your medicine courier. Kindly contact the courier service/concerned authority to gain visibility on custom clearance and applicable duties.

What are the payment options available? ?We advise to transfer money only through Interbank Transfer Modalities;
  • Online Net-banking for within India transfer.
  • International Wire Transfer (SWIFT) from outside India.

Do you have Cash on delivery (COD) option available? ?Cash on Delivery (COD) option is only available if the medicine is purchased and delivered in India. Preferred locations within India for COD facilities are within Municipal limits of New Delhi & NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore, Kolkata, Chennai & Hyderabad

What is the warranty / guarantee and after sale service of product delivered? ?Medicines once shipped will not be taken back. We will assist you with the Export Invoice and tracking details of your order. International orders might be subject to import taxes/duties. For information, please contact your local customs authority. Any taxes like import duties are the responsibility of the parcel recipient and as such is not paid by us.
